DATA DELETION

To request deletion of personal data held by KEFI in connection with its WhatsApp service, email ogorenko@gmail.comand include the WhatsApp phone number, with country code, associated with your use of the service.

If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask for additional information to verify that the request concerns your own data.

We will respond without undue delay, normally within one month of receiving your request. If an extension is permitted by law and is necessary, we will inform you within that month and explain why.

We will delete the relevant personal data unless retaining specific information is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If we cannot fully fulfil your request, we will explain why and inform you of your right to complain to a data protection authority and seek a judicial remedy.

These instructions concern data held by KEFI. They do not delete your WhatsApp account or data independently held by WhatsApp/Meta.
